Water Heater Contractor in Plymouth County, MA

I’ve used Forge for HVAC and plumbing issues multiple times. Each time the team answering the phone was courteous and quick to get me appointment times and the service team has always done a good job. Have done 3 service calls with them in the past 90 days, and have been very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Called for my dad’s house. Had another company install a new a/c a few years ago. Have had issues since. Forge sent Mark, super nice guy. Found something missing or melted. Fixed! Super quick, ultra friendly & respectful. Very professional.

A friend recommended Forge Mechanical to me, and I'm really glad I chose them. From the first visit through the installation, everything was professional, honest, and easy. Mark and Ugo were excellent. They showed up on time, were friendly, answered all of my questions, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The installation looks great, and they left everything clean when they finished. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond. During the installation they found that new thermostat wiring was needed for the new system. Instead of taking shortcuts, they ran all new wiring and made sure everything was done properly. They also took care of a few other small things along the way without me even asking. You can tell they genuinely care about doing quality work. I got several quotes before making my decision, and Forge Mechanical offered a great combination of quality, professionalism, and value. Their pricing was very fair, and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or cut corners. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Forge Mechanical to anyone looking for an honest, skilled, and fairly priced HVAC company. Thanks again to Mark and Ugo for the outstanding work!

Forge Mechanical did an excellent job repairing my HVAC units. The technician, Mark, went above and beyond to make sure our units were working accordingly. He communicated every detail of the repair and provided an honest cost of the repair. This was truly appreciated! Definitely going to use Forge Mechanical for all of my HVAC needs. Give them a try!

Forge Mechanical LLC is my choice for responsible service. Great people with innovation and ideas to make your life easier. Mark and his people are the best.
